The Mollica family matriarch and Chef, Luciana (Lucy) Mollica, and her youngest son, Claudio Mollica, have a combined experience in stirring up culinary magic of more than forty years.
Claudio is Casa Mia’s Sous Chef, and both Claudio and his respected mother (Chef Lucy) rely on only the finest ingredients and perfect recipes to prepare the finest of dishes for your pleasure and culinary enjoyment.
Claudio, has been a chef for well over a decade, and he has appeared on many culinary television shows nationwide. Claudio has received many culinary awards, and it’s no surprise!… Claudio has had the rare opportunity to become a culinary artist under the tutelage of his mother (Chef Lucy) who has more than three decades of experience as a chef in Canada.
